Perinatal Mental Health

In a healthcare system shaped by a patriarchal structure, women’s unique pain, health, and trauma are too often overlooked, minimized, or completely misunderstood. If you have ever felt like your struggles were dismissed, or that you were left to carry the heavy weight of your experiences entirely alone, please know this: your pain is real, your story matters, and you do not have to heal in isolation.

Jordan Schrock, a women's trauma and perinatal mental health therapist, in her office in Exton, PA.

My Journey & Perinatal Mental Health Certification

My path to specializing in perinatal mental health wasn't just professional—it was deeply personal. I walked through the long, quiet years of infertility, traumatic birth, and the heavy fog of postpartum challenges. These experiences weren't just hurdles; they were my call to action. Today, as a certified PMH-C, I combine clinical training with raw understanding. There is hope, there is healing, and you do not have to walk this path alone. You deserve a soft place to land and to know you are not alone.

If my story resonates with yours, please reach out. I would be honored to hold space for you.
